My name is Danielle Watson, and for over 20 years I’ve been helping people reconnect with their bodies, release emotional tension, and return to their inner calm through a unique blend of healing therapies. My approach is rooted in compassionate touch, deep listening, and a belief in the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right support.

Thoughtful hygiene supports a grounded, respectful experience—for your body, your therapist, and the work we do together.
Honoring the Work continued: A few simple acts of self-care before your session help create a clean, respectful, and healing environment—for you, for me, and for the therapeutic work we’ll do together. Please come to your appointment freshly bathed, ideally within 24 hours of your session. This supports your comfort and allows me to focus fully on your treatment without distraction. I understand life is full, but intentional hygiene is a form of self-respect and an important part of preparing your body for healing. Here are a few helpful reminders: Take a full shower or bath within 24 hours of your appointment Use a washcloth or loofah to gently exfoliate, especially for elders or those with limited mobility—this supports healthy circulation and skin health Arrive with clean hair, even if you’re nearing wash day—especially helpful for head, neck, or face work Please do not come straight from the gym or yard work—cool down, clean up, and arrive fresh Make sure there are no open wounds, rashes, or contagious conditions present If you're feeling under the weather or unsure if you should come, reach out and we’ll decide together Before Your Appointment, Please Text to Let Me Know If You’ve Had: A recent hospital visit, surgery, or injury Any new or changing health concerns (even if they feel minor) A reason I may not be able to access most of your body (clothing restrictions, skin sensitivity, medical devices, etc.) Your comfort, safety, and dignity are always my priority. Sharing these things ahead of time helps me tailor your session with care and ensure it’s safe and effective for you. Thank you for preparing your body and spirit to receive.
